Administration Officer

St John’s Lutheran Primary School Jindera is excited to invite applications for a skilled Admin all-rounder to join our team!

The primary purpose of the position is to assist with the day-to-day administrative functions of the school, including communications, events coordination, marketing, and support to school staff and leadership. The role will be a full-time position (negotiable).

The role would suit someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, has strong time management and relationship skills, can problem solve, and will thrive working in a Christian school.

The successful applicant will:

  • Possess a capacity to contribute to a growing school with a hands-on approach, organisation skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Have suitable administrative experience and qualifications. If not, the applicant will have an attitude towards working that will see you add value to the Administration Team.
  • Be confident in the use of technology.
  • Work with and support school leadership, staff and the wider school community.
  • Will thrive working collaboratively in a Christian school and uphold Christian values.
